These rigid frames have all the rugged good looks of those found years ago but built with the technology of the 21st century. Today's high output engines require the utmost frame strength, as well as good brakes. These frames were designed and manufactured with both in mind.

Special Features
  • Standard Width 4 or 5 Speed Chain Drive
  • 1 1/2" O.D. Drawn Over Mandrel (DOM) .188" wall tubing for backbone strength
  • 1 1/4" O.D. Drawn Over Mandrel (DOM) .120" wall tubing for cradle and tail strength
  • Additional clearance built in at backbone for Evolution style engine with up to .200" taller cylinder/head length. Allows rear rocker box to be serviced without removal of entire engine
  • Will accept 4 or 5 speed transmission
  • For maximum fusion all high stress areas are TIG welded
  • Dual gussets at front & rear motor mounts and at transmission mounts
  • Boxed lower seat post mount
  • Welded on exhaust hanger mount
  • Fully machined hour glass style steering neck
  • Fork lock tab
  • Softail style seat front mounting tab
  • A Manufacturer's Statement of Origin is included

  • Chain final drive
  • 1973/1983 chain drive style rear wheel/hub found in the wheel section
  • Late 1987/1999 Softail style rear brake assembly found in the wheel section
  • Evolution Softail style oil tank & mounts found in the fuel section
  • Flatside Fat Bob gas tanks & mounts found in the front end section
  • Removable type fork head cups found in the front end section
  • Rear axle, Softail 1984/1985 found in the wheel section
  • Axle adjusters, Softail 1987/1999 found in the wheel section
  • Axle spacer/adjuster, Softail 1986/1999 found in the wheel section
  • Seat post style coil mount found in the electric section
  • Rear fender clamps for 1 1/8" O.D. tubing found in the frame and body section
Note: As with any frame-up custom build project, it is common shop practice to pre-assemble the entire motorcycle prior to any paint work for compatibility verification of all parts used.
