These kits are designed to be used with OEM rear shocks to lower a Softail model motorcycle as much at 2", depending on the kit used
After the shocks are removed from the bike, installing the kit can be done by using a shop press, or you can use 20107 shock spring compressor
Installation instructions are included with all kits except V-FACTOR
