The Powerglide Hydraulic Tappet Assembly is designed for the performance minded and is as close as possible to a solid lifter while still remaining a hydraulic liter. The Hydrosolid Hydraulic Tappet Assembly is the ultimate high performance/RPM tappet available. The Hydrosolid performs like a hydraulic tappet up to about 5500 RPM and then turns into a solid tappet. The second it turns into a solid tappet it adds about three to six more useable horsepower. Hydrosolids will not pump up and allow your valves to hit each other and can be used with hydraulic type or solid type cams. Std. O.D. .8425". Sold each.
